Pistons
The standard pistons whilst perfectly adequate for a road car are not ideally suited to a race engine. For a more developed engine we can provide forged pistons. These are obviously stronger and lighter than the standard pistons but they also offer two extra advantages for the race engine builder.Flat Top piston crown The ‘flat top’ design gives slightly higher compression
Deeper valve pockets Deeper exhaust valve pockets allow for the use of cams with higher lift
