Payment

We accept payment via all major credit/debit cards (except American Express) and via bank transfer only. We do not accept Paypal or any other online payment service.

We do not automatically take payment online. If you place an order with us online, we manually check the order for errors/omissions, check stock availability and calculate the shipping costs (fairly) before sending you an order approval email, with the total costs. When you receive the approval email, please call us with your payment information.

We know this isn't an ideal way of doing things in this day and age but it helps to prevent problems down the line!

Shipping

We ship worldwide! As mentioned above, we calculate the shipping manually to ensure you are not overcharged.

In the UK, the most it will cost you is £13.50 via courier (up to 25kg). The minimum it will cost is around £2 for small, light things like shims etc. On average, it's usually in the region of £4 to £6.

In Europe and the rest of the world postage charges for items under 2kg are not much more than the UK but for packages over 2kg can be considerably more. However, you will always have the opportunity to review the final amount before payment is taken.
