Payment
We accept payment via all major credit/debit cards (except American Express) and via bank transfer only. We do not accept Paypal.
We do not automatically take payment online. If you place an order with us online, we manually check the order for errors/omissions, check stock availability and calculate the shipping costs (fairly) before sending you an order approval email, with the total costs. When you receive the approval email, you can log into the site and pay via SagePay
We know this isn't an ideal way of doing things in this day and age but it helps to prevent problems down the line!
VAT/TAX
In the UK, VAT is currently charged at 20%. This will be added to your subtotal unless you are outside of the European Union or are non-UK VAT registered and have provided us with proof of your VAT registration status.
Shipping
We ship worldwide! As mentioned above, we calculate the shipping manually to ensure you are not overcharged but we now allow you to estimate the shipping costs in the shopping cart (before checkout).
